The aim is to report on key insights for policy makers and funders from the first period of the STRATEGIES project (Months 1-18.)
Who is this report for?
This report has been written for policy makers and funders at European and national levels but is also aimed at others interested in the key STRATEGIES insights and what they mean for policy and funding, including researchers, game developers, industry professionals, NGOs, journalists and media professionals, educational professionals and university programme leaders.
What is this report about?
This report provides an overview of key insights generated by the STRATEGIES project in its first phase, synthesizing recommendations to policy makers, funders and others involved in the infrastructuring of the European games sector(s). The report begins by sharing insights into the challenges and possibilities associated with seeing European games as a potential engine of change toward a more sustainable Europe (part 1).
